Refund Policy

At Nuit, we take pride in crafting our chocolates and desserts with care to ensure the highest quality. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and, if approved, issue either a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

Please note that we are not responsible for delays, minor breakage, or staleness that may occur during shipping, as we cannot control delivery conditions once your order leaves our facility.
